If you’re not happy with our services, then we’re not happy.

 

Monthly maintenance customers can cancel at any time.

 

If you cancel your service within 24 hours of your renewal date, we will refund that month in full. Anytime after that and your monthly fee is non-refundable.

 

Customers who have annual plans may request a pro-rated refund within 60 days of renewal date. After 60 days, all annual plans are non-refundable.

 

All setup fees are non-refundable.

 

Westside Virtual reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Westside Virtual may cancel any plan with written notice of at least 10 days prior subscription renewal for monthly plans and 30 days prior to subscription renewal for annual plans.
